• After Work Has Started: If a project is already in progress, the refund amount will depend on the stage of completion:

  • Less than 50% completed: Up to a 50% refund may be granted.

  • More than 50% completed: No refund will be issued.
     

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once work has begun or has been delivered, including:

• Custom logo designs

• Website design and development (after final delivery)

• SEO services (due to ongoing nature and unpredictable results)

• Any digital downloads or assets provided

3. Revisions and Modifications

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction. If you need modifications, we encourage you to request them before final approval.
